The most amazing coffee you will ever have and top tier customer service. Luke and his team have top tier customer service, they really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and relaxed. Only place I will buy my coffee from and recommend to everyone who asks me about coffee in Townsville. A league above the rest that’s for sure!!

I invited 15 guests today for morning tea & we were impressed with coffee, cake & service with a smile. Luke did a tour through his impressive coffee shop that has delicious coffee, syrups, pods & amazing coffee machines for sale. Roasted some coffee beans for us in a very cute steam train inspired roaster. Enjoyable relaxed atmosphere. Lovely plants around the place. Very nice.

Coffee Presto has been our little coffee oasis since moving to the area. We visit at least once a week, if not more. The coffee is consistently great, the service is friendly, and the vibes are spot on. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we love. We couldn’t recommend them more—our friends loved it so much when visiting that they now buy the beans and have them shipped interstate!

They think sustainably, are huge advocates for local community connections, and the smell of caramelisation while the coffee is roasting is just unreal. It’s honestly an experience just to visit — from seeing the coffee trees, the roasting, right through to the end result in your cup. And even your furbabies are welcome to enjoy a yummo puppacino too! Definitely not one to be missed!

Unique and environment are relaxing. They have a wide range of coffee and tea related products and must check out some delicious freshly made products at the time. l had my favourite cappuccino but lm keen to check out the nitro coffee next time.

Luke and the team at Coffee Presto have been absolutely phenomenal to work with. What started as a quick coffee tasting with Luke turned into a three hour conversation geeking out over all things coffee, and I instantly knew this was the kind of supplier we wanted in our corner. From day one, the entire team has been incredibly supportive. Our setup process was smooth and stress free, with Luke even providing loan equipment while we waited for ours to arrive, along with signage and shelving for our retail space. Their service is outstanding. My team genuinely gets excited on delivery days to see the Presto crew. They do frequent check ins, help fine tune our grind and workflow, and are always happy to share their knowledge. Most importantly, our customers love the beans and syrups. Since making the switch, we constantly receive compliments on how consistently great our coffee is, and we have gained many new regulars because of it. We truly love working with Coffee Presto and could not recommend them more highly.

The best coffee in Townsville is here. I am so glad I found this place. Had a Single Origin Columbia bean. Fantastic flavor and the girls made a coffee the way I wanted. Perfect please keep it up so when I next come back I can have great coffee.
